Abstract
This paper explores the intersection of organizational leadership, Christian ministry, and the unprecedented challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. As ministries navigate the complexities of a post-pandemic world, a robust theological framework for leadership becomes not merely beneficial but essential. The study delves into biblical principles, historical theological perspectives on leadership, and contemporary organizational theories to construct a comprehensive theology of organizational leadership tailored for Christian contexts after COVID-19. Key themes include adaptive leadership, servant leadership, resilience, and the missional imperative, all viewed through a theological lens. Special attention is given to how these themes can inform practical strategies for ministry leaders in fostering spiritual growth, community engagement, and organizational sustainability amidst ongoing societal shifts. The paper argues for a proactive and biblically grounded approach to leadership that can empower Christian ministries to thrive and fulfill their divine mandate in an ever-changing global landscape.
