Abstract
System design deployed a wireless sensor network (WSN) in the monitoring and detection of flood. The WSN architecture comprised the sensor nodes, routing nodes, and a base station that connects with each other. Manometer and optical water level sensors, microcontroller, and the SIM900 GSM module form the sensor nodes.
