Abstract
The study investigated the impact of compensation management on employee performance. The study used a survey design, with 50 respondents from Alo Aluminum – Emene Enugu Nigeria receiving a well-designed research instrument. The hypothesis was tested using regression analysis. Employee performance benefited from effective compensation management, according to the study.
