Abstract
The study evaluated the effect of corporate governance on financial performance of deposit money bank in Abuja. The specific objectives were to: examine the effect of risk management skills on the revenue generation and ascertain the effect of leadership skills on the reduced expenses of deposit money banks in Abuja. The study employed the descriptive survey design. The total population was two hundred and eighty-six (286). The whole population was used due to small number. Two hundred and forty-seven (247) staff returned the questionnaire and accurately filled. Data was presented and analyzed by mean score and standard deviation. The hypotheses were analyzed using Z test.
