Abstract
The study examined the effect of Inadequate Structural Support on Building Renovation Costs in Enugu State, Nigeria. The specific objectives of the study were to examine the effect of Inadequate Infrastructure support on Building Renovation Costs in Enugu State, Nigeria. and evaluate the effect of structural weaknesses on Building Renovation Costs in Enugu State, Nigeria. A descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. Primary data were gathered using structural questionnaire design with a five-point Likert scale. The data were coded using SPSS version 28.0. The data were then analyzed and described using descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis was used to evaluate hypotheses.
