Abstract
The study examined green human resource management and organizational performance. Specific objectives are the impact of green recruitment on the organizational leadership team and the effect of green training and development on employee performance. The study adopts primary data where the questionnaire was administered. Data were analyzed using regression with Special Package for Statistical Software (SPSS).
