The *International Journal of Law and Global Policy* is dedicated to advancing scholarly understanding at the nexus of legal frameworks and global governance. It serves as a critical forum for original research that rigorously analyzes the intricate interplay between domestic, transnational, and international law, and the formulation, implementation, and impact of global policies across diverse societal contexts. The journal welcomes sophisticated theoretical and empirical contributions exploring a broad spectrum of topics, including but not limited to, international legal theory, comparative legal systems, human rights law, environmental law and policy, international trade and investment law, cybersecurity law, migration studies, conflict resolution, global health policy, corporate governance, and the legal dimensions of sustainable development.
