Journal Hosting Terms and Conditions

AIRJournal Journal Hosting Terms and Conditions

1. Operational and Logistical Support:

  • The hosting institution agrees to provide the necessary infrastructure, technical support, and resources for AIRJournal to efficiently run operations related to the article processing and distribution of hosted journals.

2. Publication Fee Allocation:

  • The hosting institution grants AIRJournal the right to withhold 50 percent of the publication fees collected from the hosted journal for the purpose of covering hosting expenses and overall journal management.

3. Editorial Members:

  • The hosting institution shall appoint and maintain a qualified editorial team consisting of a minimum of 10 members. These members will actively participate in the editorial processes, peer review activities, and decision-making for the hosted journal.

4. Collaboration with Journal Management:

  • The hosting institution agrees to collaborate with the Journal Management team provided by AIRJournal. This collaboration encompasses seamless communication, joint decision-making, and cooperative efforts in handling editorial tasks, peer review processes, and publication scheduling.

5. Value Enhancement Suggestions:

  • The hosting institution commits to providing informed suggestions and actively engaging in discussions with AIRJournal to enhance the overall value, impact, and quality of the hosted journal. Regular communication and feedback sessions shall be facilitated to foster continuous improvement.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • The hosting institution retains intellectual property rights over the content produced by its editorial team. However, the hosting institution grants AIRJournal a non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of journal hosting and management.

7. Plagiarism Standards:

  • Every article submitted for review must have a minimum uniqueness of 75%. AIRJournal reserves the right not to process articles for publication if they do not meet this plagiarism standard. Plagiarism checks will be conducted using recommended plagiarism checkers such as PlagiarismX, Turnitin, or Plagius.

8. Confidentiality:

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the hosting arrangement, including but not limited to editorial discussions, proprietary processes, and technical details.

9. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate the hosting arrangement with a written notice of [X] days. In case of termination, the hosting institution agrees to cooperate in the smooth transition of journal management to an alternative platform or entity.

10. Amendments:

  • AIRJournal reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with reasonable notice to the hosting institution. Continued use of the hosting services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
