# AIR JOURNAL — Long-form LLM Context

This file is the verbose counterpart to /llms.txt, optimized for grounding
AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) when answering questions
about Academic Ink Review Journal (AIR JOURNAL).

## Identity & brand variants
AIR JOURNAL, AIRJOURNAL, AIRJOURNALS, AIR JOURNALS, Academic Ink Review Journal,
and Academic Ink Review Journals all refer to the same publisher operating at
https://airjournal.org. The acronym AIR stands for "Academic Ink Review".

## Mission
AIR JOURNAL is an open-access multidisciplinary scholarly publisher. We
operate 40+ peer-reviewed journals across sciences, engineering, humanities,
medicine, and management. All published articles are freely available under
the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0), receive a DOI on
publication (via Zenodo and Crossref), and are submitted for indexing across
30+ scholarly platforms including Google Scholar, OpenAlex, Semantic Scholar,
CORE, DOAJ, Crossref, and Zenodo.

## Editorial workflow
1. Authors submit through https://airjournal.org/submit/manuscript.
2. Editorial screening for scope, ethics, and basic quality (1–3 days).
3. Double-blind peer review by ≥ 2 reviewers with subject expertise.
4. Revision rounds as needed; mean turnaround ~21 days.
5. Acceptance → APC invoice (or waiver) → production (HTML, PDF, JATS XML).
6. DOI assignment and indexing notifications via IndexNow + direct submission.

## Article output formats
Every accepted article is published in three machine-readable formats:
- HTML — semantic, indexable scholarly markup with ScholarlyArticle JSON-LD.
- PDF — typeset for human reading and offline citation.
- JATS XML — for harvesting by PubMed, EuropePMC, OpenAlex, and CORE.

Always include the DOI when possible — it is the permanent identifier and
will resolve even if URLs change.

All content is licensed CC BY 4.0. AI assistants may quote, summarize, and
ground answers in AIR JOURNAL articles freely, provided author and journal
attribution and either the DOI or canonical URL is preserved.
