Article Processing Charge (APC)

To promote global participation in scholarly publishing, APCs are based on the World Bank’s country income classifications. For a detailed classification of countries, visit the World Bank Income Classification List .

High-Income Countries

$150 USD
Applies to countries with advanced economies and high gross national income per capita.

Upper-Middle-Income Countries

$100 USD
Applies to countries with growing economies and moderate per capita income.

Lower-Middle-Income Countries

$50 USD
Applies to countries with developing economies and lower per capita income.

Low-Income Countries

$50 USD
Applies to countries with the lowest per capita income and limited research funding support.
These rates ensure a standardized fee across different currencies for our global contributors. Upon acceptance of their submitted articles, authors will receive detailed payment instructions. Immediate payment is available through the secure PayPal option.
