About
The *International Journal of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Theories* (IJCBT) serves as a premier scholarly platform for disseminating cutting-edge theoretical and applied research at the nexus of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and distributed ledger systems. This journal is dedicated to advancing the fundamental understanding, innovative applications, and societal implications of these rapidly evolving fields. IJCBT welcomes original contributions across a broad spectrum of topics, including but not limited to: cryptographic primitives for decentralized systems, consensus mechanisms (e.g., Proof-of-Work, Proof-of-Stake), distributed ledger architectures, smart contracts and their formal verification, decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, tokenomics, regulatory frameworks and their technical underpinnings, scalability solutions (e.g., sharding, layer-2 protocols), interoperability standards, security vulnerabilities and countermeasures in blockchain networks, privacy-enhancing technologies, and the intersection of blockchain with artificial intelligence, IoT, and supply chain management. The journal also encourages submissions exploring the economic, legal, and ethical dimensions of digital assets and decentralized technologies from a rigorous engineering or computer science perspective. We invite the submission of original research articles, comprehensive review articles, and technical notes that present significant findings, novel methodologies, or insightful syntheses. Our target audience comprises academics, researchers, engineers, and practitioners engaged in computer science, cryptography, distributed systems, financial technology, and related disciplines. IJCBT is committed to fostering intellectual discourse and accelerating the scientific and technological progress within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.
